Do you make your living as a musician? I did for about 15 years of my life, before family and mortgage. Composer, former choral conductor.

If not, what else do you do as a "day job"? Purchasing agent/buyer for a major national, broadline foodservice distribution company

Where else do you sing NOW? Staff singer at St. Matthew's Anglican Church, Newport Beach

Recent solo roles or guest appearances: no recent solo pursuits other than church

Recordings/TV/Film: Albert McNeil Jubilee Singers, LAMC and LA Philharmonic recordings. Movie soundtracks: Lost in the Stars, Rosewood, Godzilla, Sum of All Fears, A.I., License to Wed (soundtrack and film).

Highlights of your musical career: Albert McNeil Jubilee Singers (numerous tours of U.S., Europe, Orient, Far-East, Mid-East, Israel, Africa, Mexico, Central and So. America), L.A. Opera Chorus (5 seasons); Los Angeles Master Chorale (since 1991); former staff singer and interim Music Director St. John's Church, L.A.; former staff singer at Our Lady of the Angeles Catholic Church L.A. and St. James Wilshire

My favorite choral work(s): Mozart's Coronation Mass and Verdi's Requiem, Honegger's King David

A defining moment or favorite onstage experience: Performing at the Mozarteum; visiting and performing in West Africa; Stravinsky Project/Farewell to Salonen.

What are you listening to these days? Cantata and Mass for Double Chorus by Daniel Reuss, Miserere by Allegri; pop singers Leona Lewis and Janelle Monae.
